Campaign data

We collect the contact email, product name, product URL, one-line pitch, selected package, payment status, and campaign records needed to perform the service. Stripe processes card details; SpotBundle does not store full card numbers.

Measurement data

Tracked board redirects may store the board identifier, timestamp, referrer when supplied by the browser, and user agent for aggregate reporting and fraud review. We do not sell personal data.

Service providers

We use Vercel for hosting, Stripe for payment and order records, and Resend for internal order notifications. Each provider processes data under its own terms and security controls.

Retention and requests

Financial and campaign records are retained as required for accounting and dispute handling. Raw click records may be aggregated or deleted after reporting. To request access or deletion where applicable, email tai@sprinterconsulting.com.
